Chef Anna Bischoff`s culinary background stems from her German father who was a master chef. She served her apprenticeship under her father and worked in several restaurants in the area and owned the Poachers restaurant now owned and run by her brother Martin Bischoff and his wife Jill.
Ian Edwards is an X International footballer for Wales and has played for West Bromwich, Crystal Palace, Chester and Wrexham. He has been a Hotelier in Criccieth for over 20 years.
Both Anna and Ian are keen golfers and will be happy to advice you or answer any questions you may have about golf in the area.
