Sample Three Course Menu Home made soup of the day. A Duo of house pates served with home made chutney and toast . Home made Savoury mince beef pancake topped with cheese. A Platter of prawns and cray fish topped with a Marie rose sauce. * * * * * Pan fried pork loin served on a bed of creamed potatoes with a tarragon and mushroom red wine sauce. Braised shank of Welsh lamb served on a bed of root vegetables witha rosemary and redcurrant sauce. Grilled salmon on a bed of curried rice risotto with a mild coconut curry sauce.
