Baked spinach and mushroom pancake topped with cheese

Sauteed garlic mushrooms with smoked bacon fisnished with cream and served on ciabatta bread.

Greek salad of Feta cheese, cucumber, tomato,olives and red onions.

Savoury minced beef pancake topped with cheese and baked.

Home made smoked haddock and salmon fishcakes served with a redpepper dressing.



Main Meals

Pan-fried sea bass on a bed of ratatouille with an oregano cream sauce.

Roasted Rack of Welsh lamb on a bed of buttered leeks with a redcurrant & rosemary sauce.

Welsh Black prime sirloin steak either topped with garlic butter & red wine sauce or with pan fried onions and mushrooms.

Sautéed Welsh lambs liver in a rich red wine sauce with bacon & caramelised onions.

Medallions of Pork fillet served on a bubble and squeak mash with a grainy mustard sauce.

Pan-fried Salmon served on a bed of creamed Savoy cabbage with smoked bacon.

All meals are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes of the day.
