Chef's home-made Soup of the Day served with crusty bread.

Home made  spinach and wild  mushroom pancake topped with cheeseand baked.

Baked Goats cheese tartlet topped with caramalized pears and served with a balsamic pear glaze.

Greek salad of Feta cheese, cucumber, tomato,olives and red onions.

Home made {Family recipe} Savoury minced beef pancake topped with cheese and baked.

Sauteed Scallops and King prawns with pernod and cream and fennel herb.

Home made chicken liver and orange pate served with onion marmalade chutney and brioche toast.



Main Meals

Pan-fried sea bass on a bed of sauteed Savoy cabbage with smoked bacon and cummin.

Roasted Rack of Welsh lamb on a bed of buttered leeks with a redcurrant & rosemary sauce.

Local Glasfryn farm. Welsh Black prime Rib eye steak either topped with garlic butter & red wine sauce or with pan fried onions and mushrooms.

Sautéed Welsh lambs liver in a rich red wine sauce with bacon & caramelised onions.

Medallions of Pork fillet served on a  grained mustard mash with a tarragon cream sauce.

Pan-fried Salmon served on a bed of curried rice Risotto with a mild coconut curry sauce.

All meals are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes of the day.
